Strained yoghurt blended with cucumber, garlic, olive oil, dill and parsley. Served with herb lami-nated bread.
Tirokafteri (Dip)
Spicy cheese made from a blend of feta, cream cheese, yoghurt, habanero peppers and fresh ore-gano. Finished with extra virgin olive oil and fresh olives. Served with thyme and rosemary lami-nated bread.
Traditional Greek dip made of roasted eggplant spread, fresh tomatoes, garlic, onions & extra virgin olive oil. Served with herb pita bread.
Cheese Saganaki
Pan baked cheese with baby figs in gravy and honey. Prepared in a traditional Saganaki, which is a two handled shallow frying pan. Served with herb laminated bread.

Moussaka (Lamb/vegetarian)
Aubergines, capsicum, potatoes, zucchini topped with a layer of creamy Béchamel sauce then baked to perfection. A Greek speciality.
Minced beef meatballs seasoned with oregano and fresh parsley, finished with a zing of lemon then baked to perfection with diced potatoes and served with tomato rice.
Yogourtlu Kebab
Beef keftedes (kofta) on a pita bread, layered with yoghurt and tomato sauce.
Kotopoulo Me Patates
Fresh spring chicken baked with garlic, potatoes, oregano and cherry tomatoes, finished with a drizzle of lemon juice. Served with tomato rice.
Luscious layers of juicy minced beef cooked in tomato based sauce and baked together with pas-ta under elegant Béchamel sauce to the golden perfection.
Cut of lamb leg slowly cooked in it`s own juice and served in a traditional Tagine on a bed of creamy mashed potato.
